We’re delighted to bring back our Pregnancy & Postpartum Policy for 2026. 🤍 👶

We recognise that pregnancy and postpartum recovery are unique to every individual, and we want to support our runners through every stage of their journey.

If you become pregnant after entering, or have given birth within 12 months of the event and don’t feel ready to take part, you can defer your entry to our 2027 event.

Please note:
• Deferral requests must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the event
• This deferral can only be used once
• Entries are not eligible for refunds or transfer to another runner under this policy

We are delighted to announce that Beatson Cancer Charity will be the official charity of the 2026 Stirling 10k.

They are close to the organising committees heart and we are pleased to be able to support some of the work they do.

50p from every race entry will be donated.

🏃‍♂️ PODFATHER STIRLING 10K 2026 🏃‍♀️

We’re delighted to announce that entries for the 2026 Podfather Stirling 10K will open on Entry Central on Friday 16th January at 7pm 🎉

📅 Race Day: Sunday 6th September 2026

After selling out last year, we’ve increased the entry limit to 1,500 runners- but be quick!

💥 Early Bird Offer: The first 300 sign-ups can take advantage of discounted entry rates.

👟 For our younger runners:
The popular 2k and 3.5k fun runs will return once again, giving youngsters the chance to be part of race day.

🙏 A huge thank you to Podfather for their incredible continued support- 2026 marks our 5th year working together, and we’re proud to have them on board once again.

📣 SAVE THE DATE- 2026 ANNOUNCEMENT! 🗓️

We’re delighted to confirm that our 2026 event will take place on Sunday 6th September 2026!

Even better news… for the first time (we think!) we won’t clash with the Great North Run 🙌- meaning even more runners can join us next year.

Following the incredible demand for our 2025 event, we’re planning to increase the entry limit for 2026 to give more people the chance to take part.

📝 Entries will open in early January 2026, so keep an eye out for updates and get ready to take advantage of our early bird discount and secure your spot!

🌧️🏃‍♀️🏃 The race is officially over! Despite the wet conditions, we hope you all enjoyed your run through the streets of Stirling.

🙌 A massive thank you to our fantastic sponsors and partners who make this event possible, and to our incredible volunteers- both at the start/finish and out on the course who stood out in the rain to keep the event running smoothly and cheer you on.

👏 But the biggest thank you goes to YOU, our brilliant runners. Your support and enthusiasm help this race grow year after year, and we’re so proud to share it with you.

With just 1 week to go, here’s a quick list of handy tips to help the event run smoothly- and make sure everyone has the best day out:

✅ Do’s
• Have fun and enjoy all the entertainment along the course.
• Find your correct start wave based on your target time so you’re running with the right pace group.
• Make the most of our brilliant pacers to guide your run.
• Snap some photos at the sponsors wall, selfie frames, and podium.
• Check out our suppliers and sponsors after the run.
• Let the kids enjoy the free face painting, bouncy castles, and even a play on the fire engine!

🙅 A few friendly “Don’ts”
• Please avoid parking in Morrisons car park.
• Help us keep the place tidy by using the bins (no litter in the car park).
• The Peak toilets are for members only, but we have use of the toilets in Forthbank Stadium for runners and spectators.
• Stick to your true pace pen- if you’re not chasing sub-32, let’s leave that pen for those who are.
• Take just one goody bag- we know the empire biscuits are tempting, but sharing means everyone gets a treat and nobody misses out.
