We are proud to announce that on Friday evening, Stirling County RFC were chosen as the Clubsport Stirling Club of the year!

This award celebrates a club that has made a major impact on 2025 by delivering high quality, engaging opportunities that welcome new members and support participation across Stirling.

The winning club demonstrates strong coaching structures, inclusive practices, meaningful community involvement, and a commitment to recognising and valuing its members and volunteers- creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

Through extensive school partnerships, Stirling County has delivered free curricular and extracurricular sessions across the Stirling Schools. By removing barriers, developing young leaders and creating clear pathways into club rugby. The club has made a lasting impact on participation and community sport.

President Ryan Fletcher stated “this is a privilege for Stirling County to win this award, as it recognises all the hard work that every volunteer at the club does. The Volunteers make the club, and without them we wouldn’t be the club we are, this is for everyone involved with Stirling County”

It’s almost time for our next round of camps! 🤩

We’re running 3️⃣ camps across the Summer Holidays this year, 2 mixed and 1 girls only camp

Our sessions are perfect for boys and girls from P3 - U15, and contain a mix of skill sessions and fun games. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have been playing for years, it’s a great way to have some fun in the sun this Summer 🏉

Fantastic atmosphere at Murrayfield yesterday for the URC semi final. Amazing first half performance but Glasgow Warriors couldn't add to the points board in the 2nd half and lost out 21 v 22

Always good to spot a few Stirling County supporters there and also Gregor, Jare and Alex playing at this level. Hopefully see all three of them for the Scotland squad to be announced later this week.

Another fantastic performance by Glasgow Warriors on Friday to progress towards the semi final vs Vodacom Bulls on Sat 6th June 2.30pm Kick off at Murrayfield.

Great to see several players that have worn Stirling County colours play their part on Friday. This time it was Gregor Hiddleston, Alex Samuel and what a try from Jare Oguntibeju

Melrose Sevens is always one of the highlights of the rugby calendar and this year was a superb day of fast paced rugby. Always good support in the crowd from fellow Stirling players and indeed Stirling players from previous seasons. There was also a strong contingent of the Stirling County Women's team in the Scottish Thistles, Hearts & Balls and Sh**un teams
