LONDON MARATHON FINISHER 2026 🇬🇧🇬🇧🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️⚡️⚡️⚡️💕💕💕

A week ago today my incredible client Rebecca crossed the finish line at the London Marathon and I honestly couldn’t be more proud 🥹🥹🥹🫶🏼🫶🏼

From her very first steps into running with a 5K event in June 2024 to taking on one of the biggest marathons in the world…

Rebecca doesn’t just train — she WORKS. She pushes herself and she keeps going when most people would stop. EVERY 👏🏼 SINGLE 👏🏼 TIME 👏🏼

HAPPY HALF A DECADE TO MH PT✨✨✨

This journey has been full of growth, challenges and SO much joy — and honestly, even though I’m 5 years in, I still feel like I’m just getting warmed up 🔥

Race for Life 2025 ✅

WE RAISED OVER £3K FOR CANCER RESEARCH 💓💓💓

This was my third year in a row crossing the finish line at Race for Life and raising money for Cancer Research with my amazing clients! I couldn’t be more proud of the team, this year we managed to raise an outstanding £3,185✨

This brings our total to £8,513 over the years which is absolutely insane and means so much🥹 thank you to everyone who donated, it’s so so appreciated 💓

A special mention to LG who raised a total of £1,245 alone and ran in memory of her mum! It was an honour to run with you for such an important cause 🫶🏼

This day always makes me so emotional and I can’t wait to do the same next year with my amazing team 🥰🥰

Training hard and getting ready for the Race for Life with my incredible clients for the third year in a row 🥹🥹🥹

📍We’re taking part in the 5k event at the University of Stirling on Sunday 4th May 📆

I’m so proud of the team coming together once again. We’re lacing up our shoes, pushing our limits, and coming together for a cause that means so much💓

Today is all about celebrating the strength, resilience and incredible power of women everywhere, so I am taking the opportunity to brag about all the fiercely strong and amazing woman I’ve had the honour of working with over the years…

From mums and models, nurses and students to business owners and competitive athletes, I’ve had the great experience of working with women who are balancing work and family and working hard to chase their dreams all while putting the most into their training 🔥💪🏼💪🏼

Every step of the way, they’ve inspired me just as much (if not more) than I hope I’ve inspired them, I’ve absolutely loved being a part of their journeys! There is nothing better or more rewarding than going into work every day and working with such a great group of women. It is so empowering, and I can’t believe it’s my job 🥰🥰🥰

Two amazing teams for one incredible cause 🥹🥹🥹

Yesterday we went head to head while hand in hand to raise funds, spirits and awareness for and a meaningful cause 🌹

I am so incredibly proud and buzzing for how everything came together on the day. The energy, effort and passion from everyone involved and the competition is something to be proud of and shout about!!

A massive massive well done to my girls, I am so proud of how you came together as a team! I honestly absolutely love working with you all and training with you is something I’m grateful for everyday 🩷

Well done to Team Jaimie for their efforts, pushing us to our limits and taking home the trophy🏆🩵… this time😜

Thank you to and for being there to help us on the day and acting as our referees, the day wouldn’t have been possible without you 👏🏼🏁
