Eden came to me low on confidence and looking to get in shape for her holiday.
She’d tried before, felt lost, and never really stuck to anything.
she’s lost weight, built real strength, and walks into that gym not worrying about if she’s doing the right thing.
That’s not just a physical change. That’s someone who got her confidence back.
The thing that was holding her back wasn’t her body. It was the belief that she had to figure it out alone, or figure it out perfectly, before she could start.
She just needed a plan that made sense and someone to back her before she backed herself.

Two years. Every Thursday. Every Saturday.
This group showed up week in, week out whether they were chasing a race time or just showing up to stay consistent and train hard. That mix of people is exactly what made it work.

The Hyrox class gave a lot of people their first taste of what they were actually capable of. That’s something I’ll never forget.

But when I looked around the room, the truth was that most people weren’t there for Hyrox. They were there to train properly, stay consistent, and get results within a community. The “class” name never really reflected that.

What’s coming next is built around how I’ve always believed training should work more progressive, purposeful, and designed to get the absolute best out of every person in that room.

Better community. Training that’s more aligned with the vision.
