Scottish Dance Fitness for everyone, all abilities, any age (16-99+) classes in Stewarton the result is Highland Hustle!

Classes are Tuesdays (Term time only) in St Columba's Church Hall, Stewarton - 1030am till 1130am (depending on how much we chat) xx

Imagine a workout that takes inspiration from dance in Scotland, throw in a celidh atmosphere (but with no contact!), add a bit of toning and some fab music …….. My classes are suitable for all levels of fitness/mobility. Everyone works at their own pace - zero % impact, 100% fun! 2 left feet? it really doesn’t matter it is about doing a class that will have you smiling and joining in with a community of Hustlers who just love their Highland Hustle class!

Most of my class will tell you that knowing your left from your right at a Highland Hustle class is optional !
We have fun, a bit of a dance and maybe even get a little fitter.

If you would like to give it a go, classes are Tuesdays 1030am in St Columba’s Church Hall Stewarton - suitable for all ages & all fitness abilities - hope to see you there 💜

Just a reminder that classes have stopped for the summer break.
