Bank holiday Monday saw a visit from a local brownie group. We had a tour of the farm and met all the animals before playing some horse related games. I think though the best part of the evening visit was when Magnus, Guy and Gem introduced everyone to horse riding. Some of the girls had never sat on a horse before so we had some very brave brownies!! Please get in touch if this is something your group would be interested in.

Our tack room has been slowly filling up with lots of jackets, boots, jumpers and hats. This week we have bagged them all up and we would appreciate it if you can remove anything that is yours. After a couple of weeks anything left will be cleaned and offered out to anyone who could make use of them.

We have been made aware of a case of Equine Influenza in the area! If you have been in contact with any horses outwith Broom Farm, can you please make sure you change all clothing and clean any footwear before attending your lesson! This will limit the chance of exposure to our horses! Thank you very much 🤩

Our last Easter event and as the weather was a bit rubbish we stayed in the school and had a mini gymkhana!! Fabulous turnout, brilliantly ridden dressage and a fun jumping accumulator. Everyone did so well and we look forward to our next events. Thank you so much to all who came and helped xx

Here are just some of the fabulous pictures and stories that Jill received last week from all her riders! She has managed to pick some winners… so Ocean, Isla, Jessica, Ava and Hannah there will be a little something for to pick up after your lesson tomorrow with Ava being the overall winner.
