We have classes called skate UK that run every Saturday morning for kids aged 3 and over. The classes are very popular so we recommend you should book as soon as possible. We also run adult only classes but these are subject to availability,

The Learn to Skate classes are to the high standard dictated by the National Ice Skating Association (NISA). The Skate programme is in two sections: Skate U

K and Skate UK Star Awards. Once the skater has reached grade five they become eligible to join the club. The Classes are taught by licensed N.I.S.A coaches, and trained programme assistants. Each block of lessons will last for 4 weeks and after every block you will receive a Record of Achievement Sheet, which clearly shows the require elements that have been successfully completed. Badges are available to purchase at the skate UK desk for each level completed. To book your place call or message Kelly McGregor on 07591330950

⛸️⛸️⛸️ SKATE AYRSHIRE ⛸️⛸️⛸️

Hi everyone!! Our annual figure skating competition is taking place from Friday 30th August till Monday 2nd September (remember there will be no skate UK on Saturday 31st).

Skaters travel from all over the UK to compete at all levels from beginners to seniors. This is a great opportunity for the wee ones to see what competitions look like for when they’ve completed Skate UK and might want to start skating competitively!

Any donations of chocolates, alcohol, biscuits and sweets for our raffle table would be greatly appreciated! If you have anything to donate, please bring it this Saturday or next. Home baking at the event would also be gratefully received!

We also need VOLUNTEERS!! If you are able to spare a few hours at any point over the 4 days, please let a member of the committee know your availability and we’ll get back to you when we organise the rota.
