👋 I'M BACK 🇬🇧

Feeling really grateful to have a job that allows me to spend so much quality time with my loved ones ❤️

Last few weeks were all about unplugging, finding my inner child and seeing positives in every situation👌

Like being late for the ferry back to the UK (is ANYONE even a tiny bit surprised? 🤣) and choosing to explore the town of Calais, enjoying a stunning sunset at a beautiful beach, treating ourselves to ice cream and delicious coffee - at 10pm.. but anything goes after driving through half of Europe 😅

You'll be seeing more of me again, with class bookings opening next week, buggy walk coming up and more exciting news in the works 🤩

Can't wait to be back and see so many of you again 🙏🤗

Feeling incredibly grateful for every single soul who made it possible for me to have the best "job" in the world 😍

Thank you for your trust, support, laughs, community ❤️

Now I'm off to a crazy roadtrip in Europe and spending some family time back in Poland 🤗

Massive THANK YOU to all the fabulous mums and their adorable minis for another wonderful term ❤️ And in some cases.. for another wonderful year! 🙏
Really appreciate being trusted on your postpartum journey by so many of you 😍

Last term before the summer break proved to be quite successful with the new, larger hall for our Wednesday classes being a real hit! Very spacious, keeping cool in hot weather, easy parking 👍 we'll be returning to Bedwell on Wednesdays in September 💪
Whereas Fairlands Fridays are just magical in the summer 🌞 with a great team breaking a real sweat followed by coffee and delicious ice cream in the cafe and saying hello to the ducks! 🦆 Or a water fun in the splash park 💦

We are truly blessed with such a wonderful location for our classes, but most importantly - a fantastic, friendly, welcoming, supportive and FUN lot of mums!

Can't wait to be back in September, though for now - I want to wish everyone a wonderful summer holiday full of magical moments and memory making!

See you on Wed 12.30 in Bedwell Community Centre and Fri 10.00 in Fairlands Valley Centre, Stevenage 👌

We're back at it! It's hot out there but the halls were pleasantly cool last week so we're keeping the classes on 👌 extra fans and no cardio and we've got this ladies! 💪

Classes finish at the end of next week and we're back in September ☀️
