Workshop day today !
This is going to be a lovely way to help you achieve better alignment on yoga asana ideal for beginners or people who have had a break from yoga but also if you have a regular practice too.

Gutted as one of the fox cubs round here are laying dead under the railway bridge behind our house .
I wanted to take a picture for awareness but decided against it , this one was only slightly bigger than a cat 😢 and to make matters worse I have a feeling it’s one of the foxes little cubs I feed every night .

Please drive carefully people !! so many wildlife losing their lives atm with the awful traffic everywhere and they are looking for water and food as their homes are being built on everywhere 😢

Came across this page this morning.
I’ve had people say to me so many things ones - “I can’t do yoga I’m too stiff “ But did you know yoga practise should be acts of kindness too? You can be the bendiest person in town but if you’re not kind to others or yourself this is not yoga you are practising.
This post from a guy in Stevenage running a humble potato van really warmed my heart today 🙏🏽🫶🏽
I must get a potato off him next time I’m in town .
Well done MR SPUD nice to see lovely local people doing lovely things .
