Welcome to Stevenage Pickleball an inclusive club that welcomes beginners and existing players of all standards.

We have daytime sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday and evening sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday

Below are the results of the latest Stevenage Pickleball Tournament. Jim Kook led the way in the men's with Tom Wain, Bryan Clare & Keith Adams equal runners-up. In the Women Terry Hagen was the winner with Nicky Dewhurst second and Romy third. Well organised by Pat Howe and scored by Nick Lawson-Williams.

The second Junior Pickleball session takes place at Stevenage Leisure Centre on Monday 17th August 2.00-3.30pm. Open to 7-15 year olds with Club Pickleball Leaders on hand. Cost £8.50.

Further success for Stevenage at the English Open.
Kay Roantree won bronze in the 70 4.0 category placing with Nick Pomeroy from Hunters

Pat Howe and Kay Roantree won the Gold Medal for 70 3.5 players at the English Open at the NEC Birmingham. They even beat another Herts pair in the final 👏👏 This follows from them winning the Herts Seniors title in June

The Club held its first pre season DUPR Tournament on Saturday.
The top 3 men were Lloyd Dias, David Leamy & Jim Kook and the top 3 women were Kay Roantree, Nicky Dewhurst & Pat Howe.

Stevenage are preparing for the next Herts and Regional League season with Friendly matches and internal tournaments.
The Club played SHARP (St Albans & Harpenden) yesterday and lost 20.5 to 10.5. Some great games in an excellent atmosphere.
There are Club Tournaments for team squad players on 8th and 22nd August.

From September seven Everyone Active venues in Herts will be offering Pickleball to those with Neurological conditions such as Parkinson's & MS. This is being funded by a Sport England Movement Fund grant of £15K obtained by Herts Pickleball with support from Everyone Active and the Herts Sport & Physical Activity Partnership.
The free one hour sessions include free refreshments after.
See the poster for locations, dates and times. The sessions in Stevenage, Letchworth & St Albans are active already.

The club are providing Junior Pickleball sessions at Stevenage Leisure Centre on 3rd & 17th August (2.00-3.30pm).
Club Pickleball Leaders will lead the sessions for 7-15 year olds. Cost is just £8.50 per session. Booking details on the poster

Stevenage Pickleball have played a key role in obtaining a £15,000 Sport England Movement Fund grant that will enable 4 new Herts venues to offer Neuro Pickleball sessions (Berkhamstead, Watford, Rickmansworth & Royston) and keep the existing sessions in Stevenage, Letchworth & St Albans (Batchwood) going. The new sessions start in September.
