Jd's Fitness I have been a personal trainer for 10+ years. During this time I have incorporated the knowledge as I aim for sessions to be fun as well as tough.

Some info about me... I am based in Stevenage and have been a Personal Trainer for nearly ten years. I hold a BSc Sport Studies Degree which I gained at the University of Hertfordshire. I am also an athletics/ basketball coach, so I will try to incorporate my sports coaching skills in sessions as they can be different, fun and effective. I have various pieces of equipment for example weights, kett

le bells and sparing pads. I like to use outdoor areas, but many sessions will be located at client’s house or a convenient location. I often train with my clients, rather than watch them, so you know I don't expect you to do something I wouldn’t do myself and we go through it together. This time of year as its getting hotter, I prefer to get outside and see better results using the open space, for example I have recently completed a one true grit course, which was a 10k run with challenging obstacles. Price list-
£30 a session which is normally an hour long. Group sessions and prices upon request. Best way to get started and committed it to book block sessions e.g. 12 sessions for the price of 10, and to have sessions before or after work. Call me for a consultation and to book sessions.
