Had the best day ever yesterday at the Summer in Nashville festival in Cambridge, all of tje acts were incredible, and fair play to those who got on the main stage for Country-oke. To see everyone dressed up in their finest cowboy boots anf hats was wicked!!

Thanks to Becca Harris for being the best festival partner, wouldn't have been half as fun without you.

She made the session so easy, amd did a great job keeping Sully (and us!) engaged and at ease. Sully even found out he can climb onto logs and have a seat 🤣

Hey everyone!

Been a while since I've posted anything, and since I've had a fresh trim and a fresh pic for the PT app at work, I thought I'd give you all a little update on life, if you care to read.

Work is GREAT, super busy which we love, clients doing well and new leads coming in weekly (it's very much not always like this, I'm in a good spot and acknowledging the highs).

Home life is good, less than 6 months until I marry an angel, balls deep in all things planning for that and beyond.

On a real high lately, hope you're all well too! My Puregym crew, I miss you all. If there are any FF Bedford peeps on here, come say hi in the gym 💪

And as always, if you'd like to know more about in person PT or Online Coaching with me, slap the DM button like it's a pesky fly in your bedroom at 3am while you're trying to sleep.
