This is a full body kettlebell class designed to work every major and minor muscle group in the body, whilst burning lots of calories and having fun!

Suitable for guys and girls aged 16+ of all fitness abilities including total beginners. I will provide you with a sanitised kettlebell at the start of the class, weight appropriate according to your experience level. Just bring a drink and a mat, or something else to lay on.
