⚠️ **IMPORTANT NOTICE – CLASS CANCELLATIONS** ⚠️

Due to the forecast of extreme temperatures this weekend, and the increased risks associated with dehydration, heat exhaustion, and physical exertion during training, West Essex Judo Club has made the decision to cancel the following sessions:

❌ **Friday – The Martial Arts Centre**
❌ **Saturday – Stebbing Village Hall**

The safety and wellbeing of our members is our top priority, and we believe this is the most responsible course of action given the expected conditions.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please stay safe, keep hydrated, and take care in the heat.

We look forward to seeing everyone back on the mat when temperatures return to safer levels.

Unfortunately, there will not be a judo session this evening at Stebbing Village Hall.

Hi everyone, just a quick update — due to it being a bank holiday weekend and typically low attendance, we’ve decided to cancel both judo classes tomorrow. (The senior class this evening in Braintree is running, however the kids class is cancelled.)

We’ll be back as normal next Saturday with updated session times:
• Kids class: 10:30am – 12:00pm
• Seniors: 12:30pm – 2:00pm

We’ve put a lot of thought into this change and hope it will make the classes more accessible for everyone, help grow attendance, and improve consistency.

We are excited to announce that we will be running classes on a Friday evening at The Martial Arts Centre Braintree (Official Site) in Braintree from the 5th December. Kids 6:30pm - 7:45pm, Seniors 7:45pm - 9:00pm. The first session is free! Drop us a message for further information.
Please note: We will continue to run our classes at Stebbing Village Hall. Tuesdays 7:30pm - 9:00pm for Seniors. Saturdays 10:15am -12:15pm for Seniors. 12:30pm - 2:00pm for kids.
