Today is CARERS RIGHTS DAY!!

If you are supporting a loved one (or friend) or if you think you may take on supporting someone in the future then this event is for you. 🫵🏻

This is also a great event for other professionals, paid carers & support workers to find out about what is available to be able share that information with clients & families who may not be able to attend. 💚
