48 hours completely offline. No phone. No laptop. No distractions. Just me, some proper time to think, and the last part of our Portugal trip. 🤍
And coming home on Wednesday, I’ve had a lot of time to reflect.
Just over a year ago, I started my online coaching business.
It had always been something I dreamed of doing, but realistically, I couldn’t just walk away from a career I’d been in since I was 16. Despite retraining as a PT at 36, I just didn’t fully believe in myself to go for it.
So I kept one foot in the door.
Just in case.
And I’ve had some incredibly successful years in that career. I’ve helped so many women look and feel amazing about themselves, and over the years I’ve probably been about five different job titles rolled into one / hairdresser, therapist, listener, confidence booster… relationship expert 😂
But I always knew I wanted more.
I wanted to help women on a deeper level.
Not just how they look in the mirror, but how they feel about themselves, how they show up for themselves and ultimately who they become.
And that’s exactly what I tell my own clients
Become the woman you know you want to be.
So I’ve had to ask myself…
Am I actually honouring that message if I’m still keeping one foot in the door just in case?
And the answer was pretty clear.
It’s time to take my own advice.
I’m going all in. ❤️
I’m officially hanging up my scissors and stepping fully into Sculpt with Sarah K.
And honestly, I’m bloody proud of myself.
Because 18 months ago this was a dream.
Now I’m building a coaching business that is growing, I’m working with incredible women and I’m doing exactly what I set out to do.
I can’t quite believe how much has happened in such a short space of time.
I’m incredibly grateful to every woman who has trusted me, supported me, shared my content, joined my programmes and allowed me to be part of her journey.
And now?
No more one foot in the door.
