Comment PROTOCOL and I’ll send you my 30-day protocol to help you lower inflammation before starting your fat loss journey 💬

Most women aren’t stuck because they’re lazy…
they’re stuck because they’re waiting.

Waiting for life to calm down
Waiting for the “right time”
Waiting until they can do it perfectly

But life doesn’t slow down.
And your body doesn’t just sit there while you wait.

When stress is high for long periods of time, your body responds.

👉 Inflammation rises
👉 Your body holds onto fat
👉 Hormones make fat loss feel harder than it should

So you end up feeling like:
“I’m trying… but nothing’s working”

And it’s frustrating.

Because it’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things in the right order.

The women who get results aren’t perfect.
They’re just consistent… even when life is busy.

And one of the biggest things they focus on first?

👉 Lowering inflammation
👉 Supporting their body
👉 Creating a foundation that actually allows fat loss to happen

Because once your body is working with you… everything feels easier.

If you’re ready to stop fighting your body and start seeing results…

The scales are a tool… not a judge of your worth.

Yet…they can be helpful.
But they’re NOT the full picture.

I see so many women let one number decide how they feel about themselves that day…

⬆️ Scale goes up = “I’ve failed”
⬇️ Scale goes down = “I’m doing well”

But your body doesn’t work like that.

Weight fluctuates DAILY because of:
✅Salt
✅Hormones
✅Stress
✅Sleep
✅Digestion
✅Alcohol
✅Even what time you weigh in

So that “gain” you’re stressing about?
Most of the time… it’s not even fat.

And here’s what I want you to remember:

Two women can weigh exactly the same…
and look completely different.

Why?
Because body composition matters more than weight.

👉 Muscle vs fat
👉 Inches lost
👉 How your clothes fit
👉 Progress photos
👉 Strength in the gym

That’s where the real change happens.

Also..be honest with yourself…

If your weekdays are “perfect”
but weekends include alcohol, sauces, hidden calories…

That will impact your results more than one random weigh-in.

This isn’t about being perfect
it’s about being consistent.

So instead of letting the scales control your mood…

Start asking:
“Have I actually been showing up this week?”

Because your results are built there..not in one number.

Save this for the next time the scales mess with your head
Or DM me “Scales” and I’ll help you break that cycle

For years, I thought changing my body meant:

eat less
do more cardio
burn more calories

…but honestly?

I was exhausted.

I was training hard, trying to be “good” all week, constantly focused on losing weight…

yet my body never really reflected the effort I was putting in.

What I know now- as both a coach and a woman who’s lived it- is this:

👉 constantly trying to diet and stay in fat loss can actually keep women stuck.

Especially over 35.

Because a tired, stressed, underfuelled body does not respond well to more punishment.

And this is where I see so many women go wrong…

They under-eat all week trying to be “good”…

then the weekend comes and they completely overdo it because they’ve been too restrictive.

Your body doesn’t know whether it’s a Saturday night or a Tuesday afternoon.

It still needs:
✔ proper fuel
✔ protein
✔ structure

That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy yourself…

but there’s a difference between balance and completely throwing your habits out the window.

The biggest shift for me was when I stopped trying to shrink myself all the time…

and started focusing on:
✔ building muscle
✔ fuelling my body properly
✔ structured training
✔ consistency

That’s when my body composition finally changed.

Not because I worked harder…

👉 but because I started working WITH my body instead of against it.

Save this if you’re tired of the constant “start again Monday” cycle.

And follow me for realistic fat loss and body transformation advice for women 35+ 💫

Eating more was one of the hardest things I did…but also one of the best.
Because for years, I thought the answer was
eat less, do more cardio, burn as many calories as possible
And honestly?
I was exhausted.
I was training hard…but not eating enough of the right foods to actually support my body.
Now this is where a lot of women get confused…
because yes, fat loss requires a calorie deficit.
But you cannot stay in fat loss forever.
And if you want to actually change your body long term
build shape, tone, muscle, improve your metabolism
your body needs fuel.
You can’t expect your body to:
✔ train well
✔ recover properly
✔ build muscle
✔ have energy
…if you’re constantly under-eating.
It’s like trying to drive a car with no petrol in it.
And the women whose physiques you probably admire?
The toned, strong look?
Most of them haven’t built that by starving themselves.
They’ve built it through:
👉 years of training
👉 eating enough to support muscle growth
👉 consistency
Now don’t get me wrong…
this doesn’t mean just eating loads because you train a few times a week.
Your calories still need to match your goals, training and activity levels.
But most women are far more underfuelled than they realise.

This is exactly what I coach my clients through.
Because eating more strategically can actually help you get leaner long term
by improving performance, recovery, consistency, and giving you a higher calorie starting point when you do enter a fat loss phase.

Most women don’t need to eat less.
They need to eat better - and train with purpose.

Or comment “FUEL” if this hit home.

I lived this for years…

and now I coach women through it every day.

👉 Save this if you know you need to stop starting again

Most women don’t fail because they can’t do it

they fail because they’re stuck in an approach
that isn’t built to last.

They’re either:

“on it” “doing bits”
or completely off

Trying to be perfect…
then falling off…
then starting again.

And the mistake?

Thinking they need more discipline.

What actually changes things is:

✔ structured training (not random workouts)
✔ eating to support your body (not under-eating)
✔ consistency over perfection
✔ and a mindset that doesn’t spiral after one bad day

This is exactly what I help my clients fix.

Because once you break that cycle

everything else becomes easier.

When I stopped trying to lose weight…
That’s when everything changed.

Because I finally understood this:

👉 Muscle is everything.

Two women can weigh the same…
But one looks smaller, tighter, more defined.
Why?
Because muscle is dense, compact, and shapes your body.
Fat takes up more space.Muscle gives you that “toned” look.
And more importantly…
It’s your metabolic currency.
The more muscle you have…the better your body works.

Here’s why building muscle changes everything:
1. You look smaller at the same weight
2. Your body looks tighter and more defined
3. Less cellulite appearance
4. You burn more calories at rest
5. Better shape (glutes, legs, arms, waist)
6. More strength = more confidence
7. Better energy day to day
8. Supports hormones as you get older
9. Improves long-term health + longevity
10. Makes fat loss easier (and sustainable)

This is why I stopped chasing weight loss…
And started building muscle instead.
Because the goal isn’t just to be lighter
It’s to look, feel, and function better.
If you’re only focused on losing weight…
You might be focusing on the wrong thing.

DM me “Scale” and I’ll show you how to implement these changes

She didn’t think this was possible at 54…

And not just physically…but how she feels now.

“I feel so much more confident…
I never thought I’d feel this way”

That’s the part that matters most.

Because this wasn’t about being perfect or working harder.

We didn’t just focus on fat loss.

We focused on:
→ Building structure
→ Creating consistency
→ Strength training properly
→ Getting out of that all-or-nothing cycle

And over time… everything changed.

“Joining you has truly been life changing for me - especially at my age”

This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes
and start building something that actually lasts.

Stronger
More confident
Finally trusting herself again

If you’re thinking “I could never do this…”

YOU CAN!

You might just need the right support and structure to get you there

Ladies… it takes time to build the body you want.

And this is where most women go wrong.

You don’t stick to anything long enough
to actually see it work.

You try something…
you’re really on it for a couple of weeks…

Then you don’t see instant results
so you think it’s not working.

So you change it.

Or you fall off.

Or you start again Monday.

And I get it…

Because I used to do the exact same.

Always doing something…
but never actually building anything

The truth is…

👉 fat loss takes time
👉 building muscle takes time
👉 changing your body takes consistency

Now don’t get me wrong…

If you want to change your body,
you do need to be on it.

You need:
✔ structure
✔ consistency
✔ effort

But you also need to give it time to work.

Because if you keep stopping and starting…

you’ll always feel like you’re stuck.

The women who get results?

They don’t do more…

👉 they just stick to what works..long enough.

If you feel like you’re always starting again, comment “CONSISTENCY” and I’ll help you fix it.

Why your routine keeps failing when life gets busy…

Because it only works when life is perfect.

And let’s be honest… when is life ever like that?

Most women I speak to are trying to do everything:

Train loads
Eat perfectly
Be “on it” all the time

And yes…if you want to change your body,
you do need to be on it.

This takes effort.

You need
✔ structure
✔ consistency
✔ a level of discipline

But the problem is…

You’re trying to do it all on your own
and your mindset is still stuck in all-or-nothing.

So you try to do everything at once…
expect yourself to be perfect…

and when life gets busy?

You don’t adjust..you stop, because you have t been shown a better way of doing it.

You don’t know what you don’t know right?

That’s why it keeps falling apart.

Not because you’re not capable

but because your routine (and your mindset)
isn’t built for real life.

What actually works is

✔ 3–4 structured workouts
✔ Clear nutrition targets
✔ Simple habits you can repeat
✔ A mindset that supports consistency
✔ Support + accountability

That’s the difference between
knowing what to do…

and actually getting results.

If your routine keeps falling apart when life gets busy, comment “STRUCTURE” and I’ll point you in the right direction.
