Yoga so far this year🧘🏻‍♀️✨ from dark and wet winter mornings to having the sunrise shining through. Weekly classes, birthdays, hen dos, family gatherings; we've been in some stunning stunning places!

Thank you to everyone who has joined me in class or trusted me to be a part of your celebrations so far this year🌞 I started teaching in 2019 but only now has yoga become something bigger for me🫶🏻

You will see on socials that I'm off on my travels for a few months, but my classes will continue with Lydia stepping in🙏🏻 The booking process will remain the same (via message) and updates will be posted on here and in the WhatsApp group. Drop me a message and I'll send you the link to join💌

Recent moves💪🏻🏃🏻‍♀️ I've been really loving training recently. It's been so fun bringing back exercises I used to play around with years ago and adding them properly into my workout block🐉

The running volume is on the up, thankfully still injury/niggle free but that doesn't mean we stop the rehab work! It just becomes prehab now💁🏻‍♀️😏

V excited for what's to come this year - still working for 1% better each day✨

7 months and 11.4kg down, Annie rebuild her relationship with food and gained a strength and confidence like never before🤩

Annie's journey was built on learning how to eat well, train smart, and support her body properly. The result? A healthy body fat percentage, PBs in the gym and a completely different mindset towards food and socialising.

Everything we worked on was designed to be maintainable. This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and start focusing on long-term habits that you enjoy. You find a plan that fits with your lifestyle and the progress comes and continues easily🤝🏻😁

In fact, I caught up with Annie yesterday and she’s still smashing the consistent gym routine and balanced eating💪🏻🎯

HACIA YOGA: we have a starting date!!

In personal classes are back and I’m so excited about it!! This has been a long time coming but the wait has been worth it🙏🏻 It was important to me to find a space that adds to the energy of the class and let me tell you, we have a beautiful calming space to connect in - surrounded by nature and just a 3 minute drive outside of Windermere🌿✨

Starting the 4th February you can join me every Wednesday morning for a chance to slow down, move mindfully and take some time for yourself before the busy day ahead. Classes will be suited to all abilities.

I have 6 spaces open for women ready to transform their health this summer!💫

I’m really excited to be able to open up more spaces in my Online Coaching community. If you don’t know already, at HACIA our approach to health and fitness is focused around BALANCE.

An approach where you can continue to go out weekly, enjoy socialising with your friends and be present in whatever life brings; all while prioritising your physical and mental health, and confidently achieving your goals.

Life is too short not to enjoy special times with the people, places, and foods we love! But it's so important to be your healthiest and strongest self while doing so🙏🏻

With that, I’m looking for 6 women to work closely with on a 12 week personalised programme.

Women who want to:
• Understand their body’s nutritional and physical needs, and how that can change through their monthly cycle.
• Achieve a healthy body composition and the knowledge to maintain it.
• Gain confidence with exercise and strength training, and build longstanding habits from the gym or at home.

A quick heads-up: my coaching books are closing this Sunday! I have just ONE spot left to start before the end of the year. If you're ready to prioritise your health, get strong, build muscle and take control of your diet – all while still enjoying your social life (yes this is possible!!) – then this is your chance to get started!

Here’s the important part:
After Sunday, my prices will be increasing for the new year, and anyone who contacts me after then will be starting at the higher rates.

I appreciate this is a busy time of year, so if you're not quite ready to start yet but still want to work with me in 2025, no worries!
