Some new classes being added to the schedule!!

Starting off with an extra circuits class on a Friday morning - a full body 45 minute blast. It’ll get you fitter, stronger and will help you burn at least 400 calories in the session.

Next up we have an additional boxing padwork session starting up at gym in Kendal - so for those of you who live in the town centre and want a crack of dawn session, get yourself down to the class.

It’s a cracking facility that also offer plenty of other classes to choose from 👊🏻👊🏻
