Today was a great day! I PASSED my practical reformer instructor exam. Whoop whoop!!

It’s been such a journey learning a whole new way of teaching and I can’t wait to continue my learning on these amazing machines!

It’s a great team FLOW Reformer Studio and the studios are beautiful✨✨

I’ll continue to travel around my village halls doing mat, but watch this space for some exciting things to come!

Thanks also to my family and friends, (even the kids 😂) for being my Guinea pigs ☺️
