Our under 13’s took on new inn from wales this morning. The lads put in a great shift, with only the bare 11.

3-1 down with 10 to play and down to 10 min through injury, but these lads didn’t give up and came away with a 3-3 draw in a very entertaining fixture.

Our under 13 girls played New Inn from wales this morning over in a sunny East Budleigh.

It was a great game, contested brilliantly by both teams with our girls coming out on top 3-1 eventually thanks to goals from Rhia, Lacey and an own goal.

It was a great morning of football, with our u13’s mixed team playing after, match report to follow.

We are on countdown to our own Girls football day!

A massive thank you to all the teams who have supported this by booking a place up.

We have one under 9 space and 2 under 11’s and then we are full.

We will be using Tournify again to manage the tournament and the link to these years information can be found here https://tournifyapp.com/live/dons26

As usual. We will have a cup and a plate tournament, so every team, will play in a knock out stage after the group games.

We can’t wait for this and look forward to seeing you all.

The under 7’s had their first ever taste of tournament football, with just 6 available, it meant lots of football in the heat and no subs. But the boys were absolutely terrific, losing just one game in the group stages. A really fantastic effort from this group of players, who really have gone from strength to strength this season.

The under 13’s girls finished the season with a well earnt 3 points as they travelled to play Watcombe this morning.

The team worked incredibly hard for each other in the heat and secured the win with goals from Autumn, Rhia and Lacey.

Players of the day awards went to Ellie (Opposition) and Evie (coaches)

The girls have not had it easy this season, as they had no manager at the start of the season , but. A big thank you goes to all the coaches for helping keep this fantastic group of girls playing together, and of course the parent and players for sticking with us.

Our U9s girls headed to the ESF Tournament in Minehead knowing they were facing some tough competition, playing up a year against some of the best teams in the UK.

But these girls showed incredible spirit all weekend and made us proud every step of the way 💪⚽️

It wasn’t just about the football either, the team had an amazing weekend away together enjoying the swimming pool, fairground rides, arcades and plenty of dancing! 🎡🏊‍♀️🕺

On the pitch, the girls battled brilliantly, picked up some fantastic points, and topped the weekend off by winning the Fair Play Award 🏆

The girls also proudly wore their oneoff tournament kit, kindly sponsored by Red Rock Electrical Dawlish!

A brilliant experience, great memories made, and another step forward for this fantastic group! 🤍 💜 🖤
