Drink more water than you think you need. Staying hydrated helps energy levels, recovery, and can prevent mistaking thirst for hunger.

2) Create a Plan
Don’t leave your goals to chance. Having a structured plan for training, meals, and daily habits makes it much easier to stay on track.

3) Focus on Nutrition
You can’t out-train a poor diet. Prioritise protein, whole foods, and balanced meals that support your goals while still being enjoyable.
