Had a lovely time over the past couple of weeks, covering Zumba at 💃

(I need to get better at taking photos! As you can see I usually only remember on the way out the door once everyone’s left!) 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Hopefully I’ll be back to see you all again soon, but in the meantime you can find me 3 x a week in Sandiacre for a good old boogie 🥳

Research conducted by Vanderbilt University Medical Center revealed that laughing for 10 - 15 minutes burns 10 - 40 calories!

So what I’m hearing is I can have a chocolate biccy every 15 minutes, without taking on calories, as long as I maniacally laugh throughout? Game changer! 💁🏻‍♀️😂

Maybe I’ll try it out - for research purposes only of course 🧐
