SCHEDULE UPDATE 🎉

Our Large Group Training Classes are similar to your standard gym classes, however due to the small numbers we can still tailor to your personal needs.

Max 12 ladies per session.

Our diverse session offering is designed to support both fitness and overall wellbeing. By keeping everything under one roof, we make it easier to stay consistent, even when life gets busy. Our schedule encourages a hybrid, holistic approach to movement by combining high-intensity, strength and fitness classes with Yoga and Pilates to build core strength, improve mobility, and support mental wellbeing.

Give yourself head space for the fun things in life. It’s so important to understand your food and body relationships when coming into any goal to the right build foundations. Your goal will then feel easier and a lot more enjoyable. This doesn’t happen quickly as we are trying to unlearn years of beliefs and it does require taking time to learn/ understand new beliefs. The key things is non judging yourself or putting pressure on yourself, it’s about being curious of those beliefs and moving forward with more self understanding and compassion ❤️

This is why it’s so important to look back and see just how far you’ve already come. This month, we’ve revisited an older SGPT block, and the strength these girls have built did not go unnoticed. In week one alone, they were already matching old PBs and even setting new ones.

It’s been amazing to see how comfortable and natural these movements now feel, when once upon a time they felt anything but. It really highlights the importance of following structure in the gym while having support, guidance, and a plan that allows you to progress in the right way.

So even if you feel like you haven’t reached all of your goals yet, remind yourself how much progress you’ve already made. Sometimes you don’t realise it until you reflect on the things that once felt hard but now feel like second nature.

Seeing the confidence grow with all my ladies at Bold throughout this “new but old” block has honestly been the best part and I’m so exited to bring more structure into our new class timetable for everyone to see their progress 🧡
