Today we gather to say goodbye to our dear friend Wayne. Our hearts feels heavy, but also grateful for the moments, memories, and laughter we were lucky enough to share.

It’s never easy to face a day like this, but coming together with the people who loved Wayne reminds us that none of us carry this grief alone.

We honor Wayne’s life today—every joy he brought, every impact he made, and every bit of light he left behind.

Holding our friend in our thoughts, and holding each other close. ❤️

Today, our hearts were heavy as we paid our respects to a great friend and supporter of our club. A minute’s silence was held before today’s game to honour the memory of an amazing man.

Wayne was with Stanwell Old Boys F.C. from the very beginning and helped the team flourish through his generous sponsorship via 5ive Star Entertainment. He was truly part of our football family - there in the cold, wind, and rain, cheering on the lads every Sunday morning.

Rest peacefully, Wayne. Your spirit will always be part of our team, and we’ll always miss having you on the sidelines.
