BH Boxfit BH BOXFIT is a health and fitness company that runs small groups and 1:1 exercise classes based around the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.

A typical class would involve shadow boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, sit ups and shuttle runs.

Very excited to announce that we will be running our first Football and Cricket Holiday Camp at Castleview Primary School this Easter!

Our Holiday Camps provide children with safe places to play, give them opportunities to learn new skills and engage in a range of new experiences.

We cant wait to get started!
