Having been told by many that I am undercharging & attending a few events over the Summer, I realised that they were right.....so thank you to those kind enough to point out! ๐๐ป
A quiet, fully equipped studio, designed to be a space that you can truly rest in. A brief description on how the evening will unfold. The use of organic incense & oils, as well as breathing techniques & gentle, restorative shapes, used to prepare the body for what you're about to receive.
Finishing with plant based snacks & herbal tea, with time to process before embarking on your journey home.
Vibrational sound is powerful!! Whether you've been once or 20 times, the experience is almost indescribable as it will feel different to everyone, each individual time. That's the magic of it โจ
The Sound Baths I attended mainly reflected the cost. The Yoga classes didn't....but that's another post for another day!
I fully believe in pricing structures. We don't go to Aldi & expect M&S quality. We get annoyed if we've been out for an expensive meal & the food or service didn't reflect what we've paid for.
But we love it when we get a great buy at a bargain price!!
The increase won't be huge, just ยฃ10pp, to bring me more in line with where I should be placed. Someone with experience, who places a great deal of attention to detail to my services, who has high expectations of myself & always continues to learn & grow to be the best that I can be โค๏ธ
