Morning all. Karate and Boxing is on tonight normal times.
However we will be taking a sensible approach light tops and loads of water breaks.
And a sensible session in place so more about technique tonight.

Karate is on the usual time 7.15pm ages 5 and up. Bring your Gumsheilds please, can’t fight without them.

Please remember it’s second Wednesday and there is no Boxing or Karate tonight.
Back on Saturday morning for karate and back next Wednesday for Boxing.

Well what a cracking day at the AMA national championships.
There was some quality competition!
Thanks to all and to Peter Allen for putting on a cracking event.

We came away with 9 gold medals 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇
And also 5 bronze medals 🥉🥉🥉🥉🥉

So over the moon for my competitors giving it all from our little club in Teignmouth.

Freya white 3 Golds in Kata, Kumite and team Kumite
And Bronze in another Kumite event

Cameron McGeever gold in Ippon Kumite
And team Kumite

Jenson Hancock 3 gold in Kumite and team Kumite
And 2 bronze in other Kumite events

Poppy Anderson 1 gold in Kumite and bronze in Kata and another Kumite event
