Sad day today for my last Takeley community bootcamp. These ladies are AMAZING!

Since starting the bootcamp we have had so much fun. They have supported each other, become a little therapy group and become fitter, stronger versions of the women I first met.

You are role models to their family and friends. Im so proud of you all. Keep showing up for each other and putting yourselves first xx 😘

Hi. If you're new to this page, here's some info :)

I run several classes a week, and no classes are the same! (See the timetable).

As of mid-April, the popular Tues evening bootcaamp will be back at the recreation ground in Elsenham, It's 6.15-7pm.

All my classes are for all abilites and they are really friendly and supportive :)

It's £8 payg or £40 a month for unlimited classes. Each month you can choose which option you do so it's really flexible.

The studio classes are at my home studio in Stansted Mountfitchet. Bootcamps are in Stansted, Elsenham, and Takeley. They are all child friendly so children can join in or just be in a buggy, etc :)

On my insta and fb page, you can see a few examples of different classes ❤️ 💪 😃
