Friendly and anti ego trainers Chloe & Daniel have been running CH&F for 7years. Originally based in Hoddesdon Pindar rd they have now moved to Maltings Stanstead Abbott’s. All fitness capabilities are welcomed, we have a backgrounds in Sports Fitness Degree as well as anatomy muscles and injury prevention. Our experience provides us with the expertise in knowledge to maximise output from each different body makeup.

A really good personal training session is not always about the most calories burnt 🥵 or how sore you feel the next day. Sessions based around flexibility and mobility to improve posture can be vital. It has allowed Tracey to perform her hip flexing movements with better quality. Engaging the core & back muscles significantly more on each repetition. Take a look at the gap between the ear and bar between the two images. Well done 👏 Tracey - will be proud
