Down to the bare bones for us this morning with holidays and injuries taking their toll. But the 7 did everything they could apart from find the back of the net.

A couple of slips in the first half saw us trailing, but second half the boys gave everything they could. Let’s get those shooting boots dusted off ready for the next few games 😂

A huge thank you to everyone who supported Beamish Rangers at our Talk-In Fundraiser with Steve Howey last week.

Thanks to your incredible support, we raised an amazing £1,654 for the team. Your generosity, attendance, and continued backing mean so much to everyone involved, especially the boys, who this money will directly benefit.

Back to Temple Park this morning for our Spring Cup game v New Durham and the weather was surprisingly pleasant.

A really good game this morning with lovely pieces of play from both sides. Physical but fair, and played in good spirit.

We took our chances well and won our first 3 points of the Spring Cup.

Everyone played their part today and the teamwork paid off.

Back to Temple Park next week with a few lads down due to half term holidays ☀️

Quick 9v9 friendly midweek with our mates down the road to keep us ticking over.

In absolutely abysmal conditions this morning - the lads took on Hetton. With our keeper away doing his stint as a tourney sibling this weekend, it was OG Ranger Olly who stepped up and pulled on the keeper gloves 🧤

A great team performance secured our first point of the spring campaign. A fantastic goal gave us the lead but we were pegged back immediately after and that’s how the game remained.

Hetton keeper pulled off some brilliant saves 👏

MoM the match today to the lad who stepped up for his teammates and did an excellent job!

Back next week v New Durham.
