lessons £5.00 for both children and adults. Pay as you go for the first month, then monthly payments going forwards.

We covered Kanku Dai and Sochin kata, looked at different strategies within our three-man attack, and rounded things off with some enjoyable reaction-based training.
Plenty to think about, plenty to improve on, and plenty of sweat along the way. 🥵
