This wonderful event is being held to raise money for Peaceful Place, a charity very close to our hearts, and we’d love to see as many of you there as possible.

🎟️ Tickets are just £10 per person
👥 Open to both members and non-members
🫖 Enjoy delicious treats, great company, and help support an amazing cause.

🥊 My PT girls know that Tuesdays are all about the BOXING! 🥊
There’s nothing quite like putting on the gloves, letting off some steam, and having a great workout with an amazing group of women. 💪🔥
Why do we love boxing?
🥊 It burns a huge amount of calories and gets your heart rate soaring.
🥊 It improves fitness, coordination, balance, and endurance.
🥊 It strengthens your core with every punch, twist, and movement.
🥊 It helps improve posture and stability by engaging your abdominal and back muscles throughout the session.

❤️ This is exactly why Oasis is so much more than a gym…
So, I got back from holiday at 2am, had about an hour’s sleep on the sofa, and then came straight back to the gym. 😴✈️
I may have mentioned to my 8am class that I wasn’t entirely sure how I was going to get through the morning with nothing but a packet of lemon sherbets from the aeroplane to keep me going! 🍋😂 (empty fridge)
A little while later, one of our lovely members disappeared after training and came back with the perfect breakfast for me! Greek yoghurt, protein powder and blueberries. And this was after 3 others had offered it 🫶🏽🥹❤️
It’s not really about the food (although it was exactly what I needed). It’s about the kindness, thoughtfulness and genuine care that exists within our Oasis community.
Oasis has never just been a place to exercise. It’s a place where women support women, friendships are built, and people look out for each other. Sometimes before they’ve even looked after themselves.
To the beautiful ladies who offered and made sure I was fuelled up today, thank you. You know who you are. ❤️
Now I’ve had some sleep, some protein and some love from my Oasis family, I’m ready to tackle a very busy week ahead.
This is what makes Oasis special. Not the equipment, not the workouts… the people. 💜

✨ Spotlight on our PT client Kat ✨

In Kat’s own words, she “only lifts the little weights”… well not anymore missy!! 👀💪 Kathryn Hodgson-Clark

After spending the last 6 weeks building confidence and technique with her deadlifts, today we tested 3 rep maxes… and Kat pulled 50kg for reps 🔥

Now our Kat can be a bit guilty of comparing herself to everyone else in the gym. So we switched the narrative, Instead of focusing on what others can do, we looked at what she can do… and realised she’s now lifting around 75% of her body weight 🤯 at 52 years old!!!!!

That is REAL strength. 💜💪🫶🏽
Not just physically, but mentally too.

Better technique, more confidence, stronger mindset and proof that progress is about so much more than the number on the scales.

We are honestly so proud of all the ladies in our PT sessions right now. We’re changing the narrative and starting to appreciate our bodies for what they can DO, not just what they weigh.

Strong women. Strong minds. Strong community 💜

Keep smashing it Kat and all our amazing early morning ladies… summer isn’t ready for you lot ☀️💪

✨ Fantastic Friday – Superstar Shout-Out ✨

Today I want to give a massive shout-out to a woman who truly represents what this community is all about… Lucy Wooldridge 💜

If you do my small group PT, you CANNOT NOT know Lucy. And even if you don’t train with her, you’ll know her from our page and support group, always cheering others on, always supportive, always keeping it real 😝

Back in December 2024, I had a Zoom call with Lucy where she got really emotional. She told me she didn’t want her children to grow up with the same food and body issues she had. She wanted to be a better role model. We spoke for ages and I’ll be honest… when I got off that call, part of me wondered if I’d hear from her again.

Fast forward 14 months…
Lucy has lost an incredible 3½ stone 🤯
But more importantly, she’s gained confidence, strength, belief and a whole new version of herself that she loves and is proud off💜

When she joined Oasis Women, walking upstairs left her out of breath. Now I’m watching videos of her smash out 23 full sit-ups like an absolute boss 💪

And this part makes me smile…It took me four months just to get Lucy to even step foot into the mixed gym. She would only ever train with me.
Now???? I love hearing her giving lip to the other PTs 🤣 and walking into both gyms like she absolutely owns the place 💥

She tries every recipe.
She supports everyone.
She says she “can’t”… then proves herself wrong every single time.

She’s had a hard year family, hormones and life doing what life does. But she’s stayed consistent. She’s stuck to a plan. She’s kept showing up for herself and her children.

Lucy, I am so incredibly proud of you, your strength, your consistency, and the vulnerability you’ve shown to all of us. And I love that when you ask for support like yesterday I didn’t even have to step in because our whole PT tribe past and present showed up for you. 💜

I can’t wait to see where you are this time next year… because if the last 14 months are anything to go by, the future is going to be unreal ✨

You are a role model. You are a force. And you are just getting started our perfectly individual Lucy.

Throwback Thursday 💪✨

This is our circus superstar Sharyn. She has been training aerial for almost 3 years and had hit a bit of a plateau… until she joined our 6-Week Challenge last year! 🤍 Sharyn Dee

By learning how to fuel her body with enough calories & protein, she started to build real strength, tone up and progress again, not just in the studio, but in the gym too 💥

It’s also been amazing getting her to add some more strength & corework into her training. The difference in her confidence has been huge, she’s now walking into the gym, using the equipment and lifting safely & properly. THIS is exactly what we want for women 🙌

We want women to feel confident, safe and empowered to train, to understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it… not just “guessing and hoping for the best.”

So proud of you Sharyn we love having you in the team and we’re only just getting warmed up 💜

12 months of pure consistency, confidence and commitment!

I can’t begin to tell you how proud I am of this girl. The difference in just one year is unreal, but what’s even better is how she’s done it…

💫 She’s had her nights out
💫 She’s had her holidays
💫 She’s lived her life
…AND she trained hard, hit her protein, lifted heavy, and showed up for herself consistently.

Watching her grow in strength and confidence has honestly been such a privilege. She listens, she puts the work in, she trusts the process and the results speak for themselves. 🔥

Sophie Wright, I cannot wait to see where this next year takes you. You’re just getting started. ❤️
