Ive been in the fitness industry for over 2 years now and I've been training myself since I was 19 years old. I began my journey just joining my local gym to get a bit fitter and healthier. Never did I know i'd fall in love with training and especially lifting weights. I then started to follow a lot of fitness accounts on social media and this inspired me to look into becoming a fitness profession

al. My goal is to help people succeed in their fitness journeys and inspire people to live healthier, happier lives. Challenge people to change their lifestyles, to take care of themselves from the inside out. I've built this page as another way to meet more people, to help more people. I hope this page will encourage, motivate and inspire you all.

September was the month we went from 3 to 4! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
And what an absolutely beautiful month it was!
We had our last date night for probs awhile.
Rae started Preschool and became a big sister and I amazed at how well she is doing with all the big changes!
I was blessed to have my homebirth and am loving getting to know my new babygirl Kya🩷
I feel like I am getting to know myself in a new way once again but am enjoying the journey and look forward to everyday new day!

Life in August🥲

I almost feel too tired to even post this but I’ve loved looking back on the months and remembering each lovely day and all the lovely memories were making so I wanted to keep the trend going!

August was saying Hello to Mat leave for a year!
Lots of family time!
Lees gym sessions and more resting!
Lots of baby prep!
And saying hello to gorgeous Miley, my beautiful friend Nicole’s baby girl🩷

My disordered eating habits used to affect my life more than I realised at the time!

And I wanna talk about this because your food relationship is more important than you realise!
And if you continue to ignore that, you will NEVER be happy in yourself and in your body.
You will NEVER achieve what you want!

No matter how many PTs you use, how many gym sessions you do a week and how many diets you do.
You WILL ALWAYS end up reverting back to your old habits, old self and regaining weight OVER N OVER N OVERRRRR!!

So I used to do the same cycle over and over. Getting into a good routine, following a plan, maybe tracking my food or “eating cleaner”, thinking I was on a roll loving life and like I was FINALLY going to achieve what I wanted.

Then end up giving up, having cravings and urges, giving in, over eating again, losing motivation, having time off then feeling guilty and trying to get back into it once again with the same or a new diet and routine…

I’d stop going out, restrict myself when out eating, feeling disconnected from my friends and family, constantly having food thoughts 💭 cravings and urges. Not wanting to go out just because I knew I’d feel “pressure” to eat more…thinking going out was the issue…so I’d stop going out.

Is that really how you want to live your life?
Because I knew it wasn’t how I wanted to live mine.

You don’t have to live your life like that anymore.
It’s possible to feel good, stop over eating and bingeing, still be able to eat foods you love and SOCIALISE!!!! Feeling present and comfortable🫶🏻 I am proof!

It’s time to heal your relationship with food, focus on this, stop focusing solely on weightloss and obsessing about your weight and what you see in the mirror.

Focus on the important things. Heal what needs to be healed. Learn to love yourself and your body. Build new healthful habits that’ll change your LIFE! So that you can become the women you dream to be!

Pregnancy is a whole new learning curve of SELF LOVE, Body image and Food freedom🩷
It’s a time I feel you either love your body more or dislike it.
Which is pretty sad.
But it’s a time to give yourself EVEN MORE grace than EVER BEFORE (also including post partum)
You MUST, if you wish to look after yourself and continue your self love and food freedom journey, commit to daily self love!!!
Including - practicing positive thoughts around your body and food, more rest, nourishing yourself and practicing guilt free eating, walking, stretching, even more baths than ever before and more sleep🩷

It is a time to really allow yourself to just be.
Without judgement, criticism and guilt.

Which I know is easier said than done.
But as someone who practices true self care now and forever, I can truly say it pays off. Because this journey not only affects me and my future but my babies future too. Because how I treat myself is something they will learn, see and grow up around.

For any mumma, you ARE amazing, you will be ok and you deserve all the love and self care there is. Take care of you, learn and practice loving yourself now so that you and your babies can be unstoppable 🩷

Thank you everyone who came to my bday celebrations! I love you all💖

Sorry to be soppy and cliche but life is pretty damn beautiful. Especially when you water, nurture and take care of it. I am truly blessed to be where I am, but also with hard work and care for myself, my family and my friends. I will continue to water my beautiful little life so it continues to grow🌱

I LOVEEEE being on holiday 👒💦

Call me weird or a total bore but coming home to my comforts, my usual food, morning porridge, my homemade fresh coffee with oat milk and routine is THE BEST!

I also didn’t go gym allllll week and I did think “I might” so took my stuff with me if I did want to go but I took full advantage of relaxing as much as I could because I’m pregnant mostly, but also being on a holiday with a toddler isn’t as relaxing as your single holidays🙃 So I cannot wait to get a workout in and move ma bodyyyyyyy

I think it’s important to take a break, in anyway that you enjoy most but I also think it’s important you create a life and home for yourself that you truly love and look forward to living🤩

How is that possible?
Here’s some of my advice👇🏼

✨Surround yourself ONLY with people you love being with and who make you feel content being who you are✨
-For me that’s Lee, obviously being with him everyday. I love who we are together☺️ I also have really amazing family and friends!
✨Do something you LOVE everyday✨
-For me there’s a few things, gym obvs, if I can’t gym it’s simple things like making coffee, listening to my fave music and walks.
✨Eat a wholesome and fun diet✨
-whatever that looks like for you and for me it’s mainly a vegan diet, with colourful foods, CARBS EVERYDAY and Chocolate!
✨Daily Gratitude, journaling, down time✨
-For me that looks like journaling out my gratitudes, praying and meditation. I don’t always do it everyday, I wish I did but it’s something that helps me feel zen, motivated, focused and happy🙂

I have spent a few years now working on being proactive with who I want to be, the life I want to live and who I spend my time with.
I can truly say I LOVE MY LIFE!
