My disordered eating habits used to affect my life more than I realised at the time!
And I wanna talk about this because your food relationship is more important than you realise!
And if you continue to ignore that, you will NEVER be happy in yourself and in your body.
You will NEVER achieve what you want!
No matter how many PTs you use, how many gym sessions you do a week and how many diets you do.
You WILL ALWAYS end up reverting back to your old habits, old self and regaining weight OVER N OVER N OVERRRRR!!
So I used to do the same cycle over and over. Getting into a good routine, following a plan, maybe tracking my food or “eating cleaner”, thinking I was on a roll loving life and like I was FINALLY going to achieve what I wanted.
Then end up giving up, having cravings and urges, giving in, over eating again, losing motivation, having time off then feeling guilty and trying to get back into it once again with the same or a new diet and routine…
I’d stop going out, restrict myself when out eating, feeling disconnected from my friends and family, constantly having food thoughts 💭 cravings and urges. Not wanting to go out just because I knew I’d feel “pressure” to eat more…thinking going out was the issue…so I’d stop going out.
Is that really how you want to live your life?
Because I knew it wasn’t how I wanted to live mine.
You don’t have to live your life like that anymore.
It’s possible to feel good, stop over eating and bingeing, still be able to eat foods you love and SOCIALISE!!!! Feeling present and comfortable🫶🏻 I am proof!
It’s time to heal your relationship with food, focus on this, stop focusing solely on weightloss and obsessing about your weight and what you see in the mirror.
Focus on the important things. Heal what needs to be healed. Learn to love yourself and your body. Build new healthful habits that’ll change your LIFE! So that you can become the women you dream to be!
