Training for a marathon takes a lot of self motivation but today everyone supported each other getting to their target distance

Over 30 in attendance and 11 personal bests achieved!

It’s always a great night of running this one, many doubt them selves before setting off but always come up with the goods once they are locked in!

Thank you to the guys who offered (and instructed!) to pace I am sure without your support the guys wouldn’t have pushed so hard.
