Due to the rise of attacks on women, Chelmsford City Council are running free women's self defence lessons. Follow the link below to sign up. We shouldn't have to learn to fight but the world has given us no choice.

📣 New On Your Team Sessions announced! 📣

This time we're doing things a bit differently: Instead of eight weeks of team sports, the women's sessions will be ten weeks of Self Defence classes from the fantastic Zenshin-Do Women’s Self Defence!

We are pleased to be able to offer these sessions free of charge at Dovedale Sports Centre from 4 October to 6 December.

Spaces are limited, so please ensure that you are able to attend ALL sessions before booking.

The Safer Chelmsford Partnership created On Your Team to provide free sessions for those looking for a new outlet or hobby, who could benefit from emotional support and advice.
