Your first session is completely free
£30 per 1-hour session pay on the day
Or block book 4 sessions for £100 saving you £20

Bootcamps run on Thursday from 18:00 to 1900 and Sunday's 09:00 to 10;00
£5 per class pay as you go

Self-defence Classes - Tuesday and Thursday nights 19:30 to 20:30
£10 per class pay as you go
£35 for once a week for a calendar month
£60 for unlimited self defence classes per calander month
