A morning with young Freddie and his Dad at Grimsthorpe. When teaching kids this young it's more about the safety and handling of the gun, but it's still fun to hit a few.

Train your mind to concentrate on what you are doing for your pre-shot routine. Thinking about the group that are watching you is a pointless task and stopping you topping up that score card.

Spent the day . What a ground, stunning location and we were looked after from start to finish. So so friendly and nothing was an issue. Looking to do more there soon. .sporting great to shoot with you again mate. Worked on a couple of things.

'I can't be taught anything new'
'Ill show you how I do it'
'I don't need a coach'
'I'm quite happy with how I do it'

So many egos and so many stuck in the way they think it should be done.

Stubbornness defeats the weak minded.

Don't be too brave to put your hand up and say 'I'd like some help please'
