A week of Cornish sun, sea and celebrations was just what we needed 💛

I'm back to teaching this week and next week before taking a 2 week break in August. Come and join me at the URC hall on Broad Street on Tuesday or Wednesday evening, or find me on Stamford Meadows on Saturday mornings!

Thanks to all who joined me this morning to salute the sun 108 times in celebration of the Summer Solstice ☀️

A practice that's as much a mental challenge as a physical one. Moving with our breath, repeating the same sequence over and over again until it becomes automatic.
It's fascinating to see how our minds respond to the repetitive nature of it.

The level of focus, steadiness, perseverance and presence from everyone involved this morning was beautiful to witness.

My arms and legs are now jelly, but i loved every second! 💛

Traditional yoga taught with modern (stiff!) bodies in mind ✨️

Join me for yoga asanas (stretches), breathwork, meditation, and deep rest. Every class ends with at least five minutes in savasana (relaxation/meditation) - exactly what our tired bodies and busy minds need 🙏

No previous experience required. ALL bodies are welcome 🧘

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, or let me know if you'd like to borrow one, as I always have a few spare mats available. Wear comfy clothes you can move in freely. The hall is lovely and warm, but you might also like to bring a blanket for cosying up in savasana 😌

£11 per class
£50 for a 5 class pass
£90 for a 10 class pass

Half a year has passed in a flash and our baby girl is suddenly 6 months old! 🫠

I'm easing my way back into the world of 'work' and so grateful to have a job that doesn't feel like a job. It sounds a little cheesy but coming back to my Tuesday night classes last week was like coming home ✨

Arguably Sean was the one doing the real 'work' at home keeping baby entertained while I got to go on a little jolly and teach a couple of yoga classes 🙏🏼😂

For the rest of 2025 I will be running classes on Tuesday evenings and Caroline will continue to cover the Saturday morning sessions.

Hi all! Stopping by to let you know that I'll be teaching a yoga class this Saturday (16th) on Stamford Meadows 9-10am and I'm very excited about it 🤩 Book your spot via my website 🙏🏼

After that I'll be continuing to enjoy maternity leave until October when I'll be resuming regular classes. More details on that coming soon! 🙏🏼
