Consistency > Motivation ✨

Motivation comes and goes… and some days it’s nowhere to be found. But consistency? That’s what actually gets results.

It’s not about being perfect - it’s about showing up, even when you don’t feel like it.

A few simple ways to stay consistent:
• Train with a friend (it’s much harder to bail)
• Tell yourself “just 5–10 minutes” - you’ll often do more
• Create a gym-only playlist you actually look forward to 🎧
• Mix up your workouts to keep things interesting
