MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Our member of the month for April goes to

After dipping in and out of training with us previously, she came back last year on our 6 week programme with the simple goal of getting back into training.

After seeing impressive results in the 6 weeks, she signed up on our unlimited package and has continued to make impressive progress.
Her strength is up week after week and she now is chasing more specific goals such as her pull up numbers!

Often doing double sessions at 6am, alongside a better understanding of nutrition and her protein intake in particular, the results will continue to come!

She’s also become a big part of the community at 360 and has recommended us to several friends who have also joined

We’ve touched on this subject before but it can never harm to talk about it again.

Scale Weight.

Many clients come to us, new and old, and their first goal is ‘to lose weight’.

That’s absolutely fine. Weight loss on the scales is a great metric. A great measure of progress. But it’s also, never linear. You’ll never ever just lose weight consistently week after week, month after month. It can be impacted by so many things out of your control regardless how hard and often you train and how dialled in your nutrition is. This can be a reason why people give up or fall off track after a couple of months.

When was the last time you went for lunch with friends or family you’ve not seen in a while and they said “so, what do you weigh?”
The answer is probably never.

Comments like “you look well” or “you look like you’ve lost weight” are probably more common.

Regardless though, what that scale weight says, here we are trying to educate our clients to move away from that slightly and focus more on their muscle mass and body fat percentage.

The higher muscle mass you have, the lower your body fat percentage is likely to be. IF you dial the nutrition in alongside the training.

Other metrics such as:

-How your clothes fit
-How you look in the mirror or on photos
-How much fitter and stronger you feel in the gym
-How much more energy you have in day to day life
-How much lower your stress levels are
-How much better you are sleeping and recovering

These are all better things to focus on rather than scale weight.

If your clothes fit better, and you like what you see in the mirror more.. that is your body changing shape, or, your muscle mass increasing and body fat reducing.

Muscle and Fat weigh the same. Muscle just takes up less space than body fat.

Try focusing on those two metrics over the coming months rather than just the scale weight, and watch how much better you feel and how your progress ramps up 📈

MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Our member of the month for March goes to Natalie. This is a reward for unreal consistency over not just one month, but over several.

As well as the incredible result of being 5 stone down in weight, the other results are just as impressive.

Improved body composition.

MEMBER OF THE MONTH.

Our January member of the month, and first of 2026, goes to .

She finished 2025 with big goals in place and has carried on into the new year working hard towards them!

Moving up to three sessions a week has allowed to her split her training over three specific days (upper strength, legs and conditioning). This split is working perfectly as she has seen a big drop in body fat and her strength increases week on week as we work towards one of her goals of being able to do pull ups unassisted!

Looking forward to seeing where this consistency and hard work can take her over the next few months.
