We cannot guarantee you'll look as cool as Bruce Lee.

Spinning Nunchaku may be harder than it looks.

Just a little reminder to stay hydrated in this beautiful weather! ☀️😎💧

With the warmer days here, it’s easy to forget to drink enough water during school, work, and training — so make sure you’re sipping regularly throughout the day! 🚰💚

Classes are back on as normal and we’ll be making sure sessions are tailored to the weather so everyone can train safely and still have lots of fun! 🥋☀️
