Success!

Yesterday, the F24 team conducted a series of tests on several modifications to the car, including updates to the steering, motor, and electrical systems. We're pleased to report that all tests were passed with flying colours, and the car is now performing noticeably better than before.

In fact, the team was pleasantly surprised when testing the car, discovering just how much acceleration it is now capable of. The improvements have exceeded expectations and are a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved.

After a quiet few weeks, we're pleased to share an update on our F24 car.

We have been working through a significant and complex electrical fault which required extensive diagnosis and repair. To ensure we were providing meaningful updates, we wanted to wait until the car had returned to race-ready condition before posting.

Our investigations identified a failed throttle control module, meaning we had to return the car to a stock configuration. While this presented an unexpected challenge, it has provided a valuable learning opportunity for the team and highlighted the importance of resilience and problem-solving in motorsport.

The good news is that all repairs have now been successfully completed, and the car is ready for our F24 training sessions next week. The team is now fully focused on preparing for the next race, and we are excited to get back on track and take on the next challenge.

This week the Stalham High F24 team simulated a race-day surprise: turning up to the track to find every tyre deflated and needing to be changed before we could get going. 🏎️🔧

The team worked superbly together under pressure and got the car ready as quickly as possible. Now the challenge is set — can we beat this time next week? ⏱️💪

A special mention to Oliver and John, who both set their very first lap times in the car this week too. Great progress all round! 👏
