Rich is a Muay Thai Coach and trained Yoga Instructor. His unique class concept will be slow flowing, combining the principles of yoga and Muay Thai to challenge the mind & body in ways you may not be used to. He will guide you through a unique flow, using breath and mindful movement to engage muscles, build strength and open up the body in a new way.

TEMPORARY REFORMER STUDIO...

Just a reminder that from tomorrow morning, this week's reformer classes will be upstairs in our conference suite / bar area whilst works are being completed to transform our new studio space.

If you've never been up to The Thames Suite before check out the video so you know where to go for your classes this week 👍

We're expanding our Reformer Pilates studio based in Staines over the next few weeks and so we're looking to find some amazing cover teachers to join our already wonderful team. As we expand and grow further there will likely be permanent classes available down the line.

Right now, we also have an open permanent slot for a fantastic teacher to take over our Tuesday evening Beginner Level reformer class to start ASAP!

We are loving the lighter mornings and longer days and Spring is on it's way, despite the rain!

Join us for two special events that will be focussed around the Spring Equinox. The equinox falls on Wednesday 20th March officially, we will be celebrating at the start and the end of next week. Our events will be focussed around new beginnings and setting intentions for the next phase as Spring unfolds.

🥊 BOX & FLOW WORKSHOP 🧘‍♀️

SATURDAY 23RD MARCH | 2PM TO 4PM

Join and for this BRAND NEW workshop combining the noble art of boxing with the flow and calmness of yoga.

Billy will lead you for the first hour with some skill based shadow boxing into partner based glove and pad work. He'll end with "box to the beat" to put your skills and coordination to the test with some great tunes.

Laura will then guide you through a heated slow yoga flow and deep stretch, focussing on areas of the body and muscles we've worked hard during the boxing.

This workshop is for everyone, you don't need to have any previous boxing experience! Just be prepared to work together and have fun!

Tamara set up her business, Wisdom Within, to share these amazing tools and principles with others to help us deal with everything that life throws at us and to understand how we work and how others work.

Join us at Tamara's short intro session on Thursday 29th February, 8pm, via Zoom, to find out more abd ask any questions you have before deciding if the course is for you.

Just register, free, into the online enrollment and we will send you the Zoom details on the morning of the session.
