We’d all like to wish our very own Nirbhay Singh (8) the very best of luck as he competes TODAY at the National Training Centre in the 9 & Under GB National Championships 🎾🇬🇧

The home of where British tennis stars like Andy Murray, Emma Raducanu and Jack Draper train and practise.

To make the experience even more special, Nirbhay also got the opportunity to meet one of his idols, Jack Draper 👏

Nirbhay has qualified for the Main Draw and is one of only THREE 2018-born players in the draw — an incredible achievement after only playing tennis for two years.

Even more exciting, next year Nirbhay will begin competing in tournaments across Europe as his journey continues.

If anybody enjoys tennis, would like to support a young athlete, or if any businesses would be interested in sponsoring Nirbhay’s journey, any support — big or small — would be massively appreciated.

Go out there, enjoy every moment and smash it today, Nirbhay! We’re all proud of you 💪

We’re incredibly proud to have won the Surrey LTA Park Venue of the Year Award 🏆

With the centre now being open for just over 10 years, it’s amazing to look back at everything we’ve achieved so far. From introducing children who never thought sport was for them, to helping develop top national players, it’s been an incredible journey.

Over the years we’ve had GB players training at the venue, and in the last 12 months alone we’ve produced:
• 11 County players
• 4 Regional players
• 2 National players

We’re also proud to have supported our wider community through homeschool sessions, Scout and Brownie groups, schools programmes, Community Games, wellbeing sessions during lockdown, and many other initiatives along the way. Becoming the UK’s first Deaf Hotspot venue is another achievement we’re extremely proud of.

No matter whether you’re a complete beginner or a top-level player, our philosophy has always stayed the same — everyone is treated equally and made to feel welcome.

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far — our players, parents, coaches, volunteers, and supporters. Seeing Zak and Mitch collect this award at Wimbledon makes us incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to grow, inspire, and get even stronger 💚🎾

🎾🔥 Our juniors are on fire right now! 🔥🎾

We’re so proud of the incredible effort and achievements from our young players competing across the county 👏

🥇🥈 Nirbhay – Gold in one tournament & Silver in another – amazing consistency!
🥇 Ekambir – Gold in just his second tournament – what a start!
🥈 Meera – Silver medal – brilliant performance!

These results are fantastic — but what matters most to us is the confidence, resilience, and enjoyment our players gain along the way 💚
