As fitness “influencers” we all have our own styles, thoughts and opinions… and that is ok.
None of us are completely right.
You just have to find the people that feel right for you to listen to.

I am definitely not your conventional PT.
I do not post any videos of my workouts.
Most days I am short on time… I am in, cracking on, and im out !
I do not post “what I eat in a day”.
My meals are usually boring and I have normally eaten it before I remember to take a picture anyway 🤣

My bootcamps/programmes are not focused on before and after photos.
Many of my clients do not want their photos shared and the results we focus on go much deeper than that.
For me it is about
• Confidence
• Energy
• Strength
• How clothes fit
• Feeling good in your own skin
Trust me… my clients get results whether I plaster them on Instagram or not.

What I am about is:
• Listening
• Motivating
• Educating
• Putting on a banging workout
• Music
• Energy
That is what keeps people coming back.
Consistency gets results💪

Another big thing for me is evolving.
Humans evolve.
Bodies evolve.
Nutrition evolves.
Training evolves.
Hormones evolve.
Lifestyles evolve.
So we have to evolve too.
We can either keep learning and keeping our knowledge fresh…

I saw a reel saying “Before you blame your hormones, look at body fat first.”
And honestly… this is exactly the kind of messaging that leaves so many women feeling confused.
Because the truth is it works both ways.

Body fat can influence hormones ⚖️
But hormones also influence body fat.

When women reach their late 30s and 40s, their bodies start going through real changes.
• 📉 Oestrogen starts to drop
• 🔄 Progesterone starts to change
• 😴 Sleep becomes lighter
• 😣 Stress hormones can rise
• 🕒 Recovery takes longer
• ⚖️ Fat distribution shifts

So when a woman says:

But let's be honest most of the time, it is not because the trainer was “bad” It's because the results did not happen. And this is where I will say it with love, Stop blaming the coach! That part is on YOU!

Constantly chasing the next reset but never sticking to anything long enough to see real change?

That is a consistency problem 🤷🏻‍♀️
