Jaymie β the quiet powerhouse who keeps proving herself right.
Iβve been coaching Jaymie for several years now, and from day one sheβs been focused on doing things properly β building strength, improving conditioning, and training safely. What started as a goal to get stronger has turned into something much bigger. Her fitness has improved massively, but so has her mindset, confidence, and belief in what she can do.
Weβve worked through injuries, surgeries, and rehab phases together. She always comes back with patience, discipline, and trust in the process. Step by step, she rebuilt her strength the right way β no rushing, no ego, just smart training and consistency.
And look at what sheβs achieved.
Sheβs taken on triathlons, HYROX, HybridNW, and smashed PBs β including a huge one at her second HYROX. She jokes about how she lets me talk her into these crazy challenges, but the truth is she secretly loves the grind, the suffering, and the feeling of pushing past her own limits.
What I love most about Jaymie is who she is outside the sessions.
She supports the club.
She supports me.
She supports everyone around her.
She helps organise things, brings people together, and is a massive part of the Fitness Gangstas family.
Weβve shifted weight, built definition, worked around setbacks, and now sheβs smashing weights and fitness like never before. And sheβs only getting started.
