‘Hi Suzie, would just like to say a big thank you for the help you’ve given me. It’s really helped me improve my times, in flye I controlled it getting 1:13 in 100m and breaststroke 50m I got 37 seconds one of the fastest people in my club. Also managed to get a couple medals with the improvement. But I couldn’t have done it without you helping me in the gym. I won’t stop now. I’ll make it my duty to keep going to the gym and improve here and in Slovakia’

Remember, it's okay to take a break and prioritize your own well-being this festive season. Here’s a few tips on how 👀

1. Practice self-care: It's important to make time for yourself, whether that means taking a warm bath, going for a walk, or simply taking a few minutes to relax and unwind.

2. Set boundaries: It's okay to say no to social invitations or activities that you don't feel comfortable with or that are overwhelming. Remember, it's important to prioritize your own well-being.

3. Get enough sleep: It's easy to get caught up in the festive frenzy, but it's important to make sure you're getting enough rest. Lack of sleep can contribute to feelings of anxiety and stress.

4. Stay active: Exercise is a great way to reduce stress and improve your mood. Whether it's going for a run, taking a yoga class, or simply going for a walk.

5. Talk to someone: If you're feeling overwhelmed, it can be helpful to talk to someone you trust.

As a club, we are excited to announce that we have been shortlisted in the National Fitness Awards for a prestigious national award❗

Elements Fitness and Wellbeing has been shortlisted in the Regional Gym of the Year Midlands and Wales at the National Fitness Awards. This annual event recognises excellence and achievement in gyms throughout the country. National Fitness Awards event organiser Dominic Musgrave said: "All our shortlisted facilities should be really proud of their achievements in being chosen as a finalist as the calibre of entries has been amazing."
