Nourish Pilates The Studio is ONE!! 🥳 🎉 🎊

I can't believe it is officially one year since the studio opened. What a year it has been.

Staffords only equipped studio! And since I opened there is now a ladder barrel and ped-o-pull too!

The lovely Paul was my very first client at the Studio (although I have been teaching him for almost 8 or 9 years).

Paul very kindly allowed me to snap a couple of pictures a few weeks ago. One with an end of session thirst quencher and happy smile, the other mid exercise.

When you make a difference in somebodies life it is truly an honour.

When you are having a rubbish few days and something like this pings into your emails from Google reviews it definitely makes things that little bit better 🥰🥰

It is always a pleasure when clients return after a break.

There are never any guaratees i can help with anything - but luckily i am a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist after qualifying a few years ago with Core Exercise Solutions so thought I would be able to share my knowledge a little with this client.

After the first session she came back a week later and said she could already tell there was an improvement, and has continued to improve since!

A few pointers of things to practice and be mindful of at home have made a wonderful difference to this client and it makes my heart sing ♥️ ❤️

So.so pleased for her!!

10am (Intermediate)

5.15 pm (Foundational)

Baswich Community Hall

Friday's

11.25 am (Foundational)

All sessions pre-booked for the term so you can gain from the benefits of Nourish Pilates sessions.

£66.50 for the term (excluding Pilates band and ball fee...yours to keep and practice at home if required!)

Foundational classes are suitable for most beginners or those returning to Pilates

Intermediate classes require a strong knowledge of the foundations plus you must be injury and pathology free.

Two different bodies. Two different pieces of equipment and chosen with the clients in mind.

This fabulous pair (and all my clients) work hard in their sessions. K & J also come to one or two matwork classes a week along with their duet as they enjoy and benefit from Nourish Pilates sessions so much.

They kindly did an extra rep so I could grab a quick photo (something I rarely do as too busy teaching but I knew they wouldn't mind on this occasion!)

The studio is getting another piece of new equipment soon too and I just know my clients will LOVE it! ❤️
