Well, we're pretty much there with a full roster - huge thanks to everyone who came forward!

We're good to go, subject to the usual course check, so we'll see you tomorrow! Don't forget to park at Sainsbury's if you can, especially if you arrive after 8:30am. You can claim back 2 hours of parking with a small shop in store.

The Rugby Club will have refreshments available before and after your run (see photo), so please do pop in to see them and grab some refreshments. It's a great way to support them back, seeing as they support us massively!

9:00am start as always, with the first-timers welcome by the pop-up sign at 8:50am!

Morning all! We've got a volunteer roster to fill, and just four days left in which to do it, so let's get cracking!

It's also Volunteers Week, so what better time than now to get your name on the volunteer roster at Isabel trail parkrun?!

As of Tuesday morning, we still need:

3 x Marshals
1 x Token Sorter

Missing tokens appeal!

This Saturday, we lost three finish tokens: positions 128, 286 & 287. It takes both time and cost to replace these, and we need a full set every week for parkrun to function properly.

If you have these tokens (or any others that we may have lost over time!), please let us know and return them as soon as possible. The tokens are not souvenirs, we use the same ones every week, and cannot afford to keep losing a few (or, indeed, any!) each time we have a parkrun.

We understand that anyone can forget, and accidentally take one home, but if this ever happens, please let us know as soon as you realise, and make arrangements to return them to us.

Stats report from event #282!

Well done to everyone who took part, and a huge thank you to all of the volunteers - an amazing bunch without whom we would not be able to host our weekly events!

Speaking of which, we need some volunteers for this coming weekend! If you are able to help out in any role, please do let us know!

Roster full - thank you everyone! RD Neil seems happy, and we can go ahead tomorrow, course check pending as always.

We can always take more volunteers, so do let us know if you're available to help!

The Rugby Club will have refreshments available for purchase - please see our other post about that, as they have sent a message regarding this.

Parking - the Rugby Club car park will fill up, and they do need to reserve spaces for their own activities. As such, if you arrive after 8.30am, please park at Sainsbury's. If you arrive and we are full, the roads will get a bit clogged up with cars trying to turn around/divert, so to save yourself time, put "Stafford Sainsbury's" into your SatNav (or Google Maps etc), and head straight there! Whilst there is a small charge, you can claim 2 hours of it back if you spend a small amount in store - so you can make the parking free if you need shopping!

As ever, the First Timers Welcome will be at 8.50am, the RD briefing will start around 8.57am, and we'll do our best to get the parkrun underway at 9.00am sharp!

A message from the Rugby Club about the refreshments they will have on offer tomorrow:

The clubhouse will have everything on offer it usually does! Including latte, cappuccino, flat white, americano, white americano, espresso, hot chocolate and mocha! With plenty of coffee syrups. We also offer tea, decaf tea, peppermint tea, blackberry and raspberry tea, green tea, lemon and ginger tea

If you would prefer to beat the queue we are now trialing a stall in reception with instant tea and coffee, cold drinks, snacks and hot food!

Well, we've had some awesome people come forward to volunteer this week so far, but we still need to fill a few roles before we can give the green light to go ahead with our parkrun tomorrow!
