was formed in 1988 by members of Bill Tagg's Fly Dressing Class who had been meeting regularly since 1972. The club provided access to local fishing waters, the Trent & Mersey Canal and the River Trent running through the Staffordshire village of Weston. now has a significantly wider catchment of anglers from both Stafford and Potteries area's, some members focus on the vibrant 'match' scene whislt others travel to enjoy the persuit of Grayling on the River Tean.
